Plasma tv above fireplace???

I have just bought my first 42" plasma tv and want to hang it above my fireplace. Heat issues are not a problem as we do not use the fire, but i am a little concerned as to what to do with the wires as it is a stone wall and therefore i cannot run the cables in the cavety like normal. Does this mean that i will have to cut a chase in to the wall then replaster?????? Also i can not seem to find a scart socket that can be mounted in to the wall like an aerial socket is. Can any one help me please??? scott

Can only get the first link to work but £4.75 is a bit expensive.
