Hi all,
Never had this with a gas and electric supplier before but Outfox the market said my switch for gas and electric successfully switched on the 3rd of April, 20 days later they've just informed my only my electric switched and they need my MPRN number for the Gas, How did it take 20 days to tell me the switch hadn't occured? that's not right?
Is there anything I can do aside from just to waiting for the switch to occur?
Thanks

You can submit a written complaint. FWIW, I had a situation a couple of years ago where the supplier’s own IT system cancelled a switch as I was a returning customer and the computer thought that my property was already on supply. I had to contact the supplier after complaining to my old supplier that I hadn’t received a final bill. In sum, suppliers’ systems are not always programmed to detect a failed transfer. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
