Advertising your real estate for rent

Hi, I'm going to set my house for rent. It isn't something special besides the great neighborhood: great scenery and easy access to major highways. Any tips on how is it better to describe it in an ad to attract tenants that are not too peaky in terms of luxury but value mobility?

I'd strongly advise not using a UK based website, which this is.0

Rubbish!I'd strongly advise not using a UK based website, which this is.
It's an ideal way to get overseas interest in your property. This one, it seems, has great transport links, and is good value.
Given the costs of renting in the SE, it could be ideal for someone willing to take on a long-distance commute.0 -
Maybe it's on one of those 45 degree streets with trams trundling up and down. Cool.
The Streets of San Francisco. A Quinn Martin production. Starring Karl Malden. Also starring Michael Douglas. Tonight's episode "Death On The Streets."
Guess it's an age thing...
