Change Interest Club Lloyds

Hi ,
I've just had notification interest rate Club Lloyds Current Account is dropping from 2 per cent to
1.5 per cent from the 1 st July 2018!.
Conditions of this account to earn interest are 2 different direct debits are taken per month .
Am quite shocked , thought interest rates were generally rising .
Am expecting Bank of Scotland Accounts may do the same , aren't they part of same Group ?
