Extra energy no good

I decided to swap supplier from EDF to extra energy. Extra told me the switch was complete. They then billed me for two months, I noticed EDF were also billing me. After 12 months of e mails from me which were never acknowledged. They continued to send me invoices and eventually employed a credit company to try and get the money. They have now admitted they were never my supplier. I was offered £50 compensation. I accepted because I was out of patience with them. Buyer. Beware. What a completely useless company.
