Anyone bought with Co-Ownership NI in recent times? The process seems to be a lot slower these days compared to what’s described in older posts.

Would be interested to hear!

So far, I applied 13th April, payment taken 19th April, so far application still awaiting assessment...

Just wondering how long it took in the end? Submitted our application on the 4th June and paid the fee 10 days later. Have been told they are very busy!

Hi! If you!!!8217;re still interested the whole process is due to be completed 27th July. My application for co-ownership was put in 13th April. My actual co-ownership application took about 5 weeks to be approved
