Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the ‘’Present the Aviva Premiership Rugby trophy at this year’s Final – People’s Fan Competition’’ prize draw (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore, please read these carefully.
In order to enter this Promotion you will need to go to aviva.co.uk/APRFinal2018 and complete the application form and press “submit”. Your details provided on the application form will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
Closing date for receipt of all entries is 12:00 on 08th May 2018 (“the Closing Date”).
The Promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited. Registered in England No. 09766150. Registered office: St Helen’s, 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number: 728985. (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to permanent UK residents over the age of 18, except for anyone directly connected with the Promotion. Only one application per person.
Entries that are not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified.
The selected winner will have the opportunity to present the Aviva Premiership Rugby trophy to the winning captain on the Twickenham pitch at full-time at this year’s Aviva Premiership Rugby Final at Twickenham on Saturday 26th May 2018 (kick-off 15:00). The prize also includes a VIP hospitality box for the winner and five friends to watch the match in, plus a full hospitality package and an exclusive stadium tour of Twickenham Stadium ahead of the match. (‘The Prize’)
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description. The Prize does not include any travel, accommodation, personal expenditure, or incidental costs.
The winner will be required to observe the dress code (smart or smart-casual and strictly no Premiership Rugby club attire to be worn during the trophy presentation)
The winner will acknowledge and agree that no alcohol consumption will be allowed, prior to the trophy presentation taking place at full-time. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the trophy presentation element of the Prize, if the winner is deemed unfit to carry out the required duties on the day.
The one winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 07th May 2018 and notified by 17:00 on the 11th May 2018. If the winner does not respond to the communication from the Promoter within 5 days, their Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will need to respond to the Promoter within 5 days of that communication, or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
Please note, The Prize is non-transferable.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Once the winner has accepted the Prize, they will receive email confirmation from the Promotor to confirm the details.
No purchase necessary.
The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age, and/or country of residence.
The names of the winner will be available on request in writing to Gemma Nobbs, Anitco 3, Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3UE within 10 working days of the closing date. The winner agrees to have their name disclosed for this purpose.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
The Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter retains the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
