Anyone noticed that MSEs clock is slow??

Your post is showing 11.01 to me! Its probably your own setting as you can change the time by going into User CP and edit options. In there it gives you the option of which time to go by.0

Thanks for that Edingburgh Lass. Changed it now. although I did have it set for London time. Very confusing?
