    If you go to other restaurants such as Tesco or Sainsbury's then the system can be ever so slightly different. For example at some they fill the teapot with water for you.

    Just be careful, eating out can be a bit of a minefield.

    Been to Morrisons a few times but not the cafetria - still worried re making a fool of myself.

    Try building up to it slowly. Apparently you can purchase soft drinks in cans or bottles to take out and consume off the premises.

    Try going in and purchasing your favourite soft drink to take out. It may help build your confidence.

    I'm sure it does for some people. Sometimes I can be so ill that a trip to the supermarket is an "outing" !

    Update. Been to Morrisons several times and got a job there - appears to be a very pleasant place/staff, HR.

    Still not managed the cafe, as shy, don't like getting shown up and costs. Their pies, homemade pies are A1 IMHO.
