The prize of this MANOR Back Page Prize Draw is for a four night stay from the 6-10 October 2018 for two people in the St Aubyn’s Estates’ Corner Cottage, Porthgwarra. No pets permitted.
During the long weekend, one person will be eligible to an Art Course at Newlyn School of Art and both individuals will be eligible for a wine-tasting course and vineyard tour at Polygon Vineyard, Cornwall.
The prize must be taken from the 6 October 2018 from 4pm – 10 October 2018 at 10am.
Confirmation of stay must be communicated by 31 July 2018, and the art course and wine tour should also be booked at the same time.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
Negotiations will not be entered into, and the prizes can not to be used in conjunction with any current bookings or discounts.
The draw will take place at midnight on 25th May 2018 and the winner will be informed the following day. On accepting their prize, the winner will be put in touch with MANOR Magazine’s contact to arrange their stay and related courses and Polgoon and Newlyn School of Art.
St Aubyn Estates hold no responsibility for the unlikely event of the property being deemed unsuitable for guests, or should it be taken off their portfolio before the lot winner can take the holiday.
Travel to and from the cottage in Porthgwarra, to the art course or vineyard, is not included.

The weekend will comprise:
An art course for one person with Newlyn School of Art:
Coast with Imogen Bone;
A vineyard tour and wine-tasting to be enjoyed by the winner and their companion at Polgoon Vineyard;
Four night stay for two at Corner Cottage in Porthgwarra, a beautiful coastal retreat in the heart of Poldark country, located on the South West Coast Path. Stay from the 6-10 October where you will be greeted by a Cornish cream tea for two and a case of limited edition Polgoon Art Bacchus 2016 on arrival.
