Can I sell yet to be released promo CDs

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
Hi

Thanks to my job I have bags of promo Cds incouding some that have not been released yet.
Will I get in trouble for flogging them on Ebay. I listed a whole lot in the past and for some reason the record label behind Chas & Dave got the hump and had their particular CD removed.

I'm skint and these CDS are taking up space!!:confused:

    If you have been in trouble before doing the same thing, probably not worth chancing it? Tried amazon marketplace or playtrade?

    Hi,

    Go to WHSmith (& similar newsagents) & look for a mag called "record collector".


    I used to collect aforementioned items, it will tell you of up & coming record fairs & you can advertise in the back.

    I think that there is also a section shops who my by them off you.

    Every issue focuses on a particular artist & gives values to small production items (such as white label & promo).
