Hi
I've had a Debenhams card for many years. It was originally administered by GE Money, then by Santander and most recently by New Day. Do I need to complain to all 3 companies to ensure I get all the money back I'm due? Any thoughts welcome.

You just need to ring Santander and New Day and work out who has the records and liability.
Nobody is "due" anything, you complain about miss-sale and see if they agreeSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. I rang Santander last August and last week I was awarded £18000 for a Debenhams and Evans card. It does take a long time . You can find the contact number on the Santander webpage0
