Can anyone help me??!!
When i'm logged into msn, all my contacts are listed as 'offline'. i receive and reply to their messages fine, but none of them ever appear as being 'online' (and i know that they've not all 'hidden' their online status either!).
I've tried reinstalling a number of times, but this hasn't solved my prob.
I'm sure it's something really simple, but can't find out what it is ( and the msn help section hasn't helped me either!!)
I'd be so grateful for any suggestions anyone can offer.
thanx

if you are running Xp you need to allow pop-ups from that site by clicking on the yellow strip under the web address in Internet explorer
remove messenger then download and run this
http://www.acelogix.com/download.html
Ace Utilities v2.5Size1.4 MBLicenseFree to try, $29.95 US to buyLimitation30 day Trial
fully working 30 day version
click on "Clean up" and then "clean system registry"
once it has finishedthen try re-installing
only other thing i can think of is that your firewall does not give MSN full accessEx forum ambassador
