Hi Coupon-mad,
I am using the template available on the ICO's website for my SAR (SEE BELOW - minus personal info). It does not include the changes that will be enforced from the 25th of May. Do you recommend that I mention these in my letter, wait to send until after the 25th with the changes, or send and then resend after the 25th if they do not reply or ask for a fee?

If you need any more information from me, or a fee, please let me know as soon as possible.
It may be helpful for you to know that a request for information under the Data Protection Act 1998 should be responded to within 40 days.
If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you and can be contacted on 0303 123 1113 or at ico.org.uk"0 -
Please supply the information about me I am entitled to under the Data Protection Act 1998 relating to: all records held and all communications and database records, about me and my vehicle, including all entries on your permit database, and all emails and communications about the vehicle about permits/permissions to park, and all PCNs as well as copies of all contacts made with the DVLA about this vehicle (KADOE records). All such data must include the relevant dates of the data records.
If you need any more information from me, or a fee, please let me know as soon as possible. Take note that, if you say you will require a fee, I will simply re-submit my request after GDPR makes SARs free, on/after 25th May.
If you are not prepared for GDPR and issuing free SARs to any of your PCN-victims who request it, I suggest you may need to attend one of your Trade Body's preparation events and the last one is on Tuesday in Glasgow:

I would just add the above.
Sorry for assuming AM Parking were IPC, you are right, they are BPA!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
