Have you scratched the surface of the laminate?
If not try WD40.0 -
It is like a dull line across where the missus has dragged the sofa over and the feet have rubbed over the laminate. I have tried a floor cleaning wipe and soap and wanted but it is still visible depending on the angle you stand.0
