How do I remove the drag marks of furniture from laminate floor without making them worse? Any help would be great. Many thanks

Difficult to say without knowing what laminate and how deep the marks are? A picture might help.

Have you scratched the surface of the laminate?

    If not try WD40.

It is like a dull line across where the missus has dragged the sofa over and the feet have rubbed over the laminate. I have tried a floor cleaning wipe and soap and wanted but it is still visible depending on the angle you stand.
