Parking sign font size

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to find guidelines regarding recommended (by BPA) or required (by legislation or official guidance) font sizes for parking signage on private land.
I am putting together a case for a friend and thought it would add yet another point for appeal to popla if it was pointed out that the t&c's were in 11 point font.
Thank you,
Mark

I suggest you take a look at pranksters blog about the JLA signs, as they have caused the most contoversy

Thanks, I had seen something similar from another case. Unfortunately, this is not in relation to signage that would need to be seen from a moving vehicle, it is one of the fixed signs at the car park. As I said, it is the T&C's that I am interested in and if there is a minimum font size for that type of notice.0

The only rules about signage font size would be in the current BPA Code of Practice, used to be set out in an annex, take a look at that.
There is no legislation, except that terms must be 'transparent', clear & prominent, and the parking charge not buried in small print. Compare the sign with the Beavis case sign:

The template POPLA appeal point about signs already uses a lot of argument about font size, so do you need to add more to that long appeal point?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Yes, I have seen the Beavis sign and it is relevant regarding contrast of font, etc.
I will only be using the font size as a small tertiary argument, the main one being lack of signage.
Thank you for your input on this,
