Hi all,
I just wanted to put this out there. I bought 2 electric scooters through Amazon from Guaranteed4less AKA Advanced Global Productions for Christmas 2017 and since then one of them has broken 3 times and the other one 4 times, after having to send them back 7 times between them in less than 4 months, of course, I was quite frustrated and demanded that they send a new one or give me back my money to which they refused. I have rejected that unit on the last repair and said just keep the damn thing I don't want to have to deal with another breakdown. They now have the Scooter and have also kept my money. Terrible customer service!

Interesting - I regularly buy batteries s from a company on ebay - user toyplanet-today - the paypal receipt says "Receipt for your PayPal payment to ADVANCED GLOBAL PRODUCTIONS LIMITED" so presume it is the same company.
They tend to be OK but their customer services leaves a lot to be desired, I have had a couple of faulty ones and they denied that they could possibly be faulty, despite photographic evidence so I had to force a return/refund through ebay.
I still use them as they are the cheapest for what i'm buying.0 -

Contact the card provider fora chargeback.0

Thanks, I have contacted the card provider and unfortunately, I'm outside of the 120-day limit to do this. I will be contacting trading standards and hopefully, I will get some good news there!0
