I asked to close my account a few weeks ago. They said they'd send a cheque in 10 days. I got stroppy and it arrived the next day. It is hard to believe that anyone who had an account paying over 3% will accept 0.8% when instant access accounts over 1.3% are available. I suppose you will always get a few people who give up rate chasing.0

Credited interest and bonus as promised.
However they didn't close as promised and requested on Friday.
Their normal regular also successfully changed to a YBS RS and interest added too.0
