We may not win by protesting, but if we don’t protest we will lose.
If we stand up to them, there is always a chance we will win.
  • Hi I have exactly the same issue and just wondering if the new pump and thermostat solved the problem in the end?

I have twice had apparent overheating with my 055 Jazz. Both times it was a faulty temperature sensor. The first time the actual running was unaffected but the second time cold starting became very difficult and the car just couldn't develop any power for the first few minutes of running. I assume that the ecu was getting the message that the engine was hot and so delivering an inappropriately weak mixture and slow idling speed.
