Advice on new large conservatory/patio doors

Hi,
we have a lean to conservatory which is build onto the back of our kitchen and garage with a polycarbonate roof.
Looking out to the garden, the right wall is totally brick, with the left being 4 panels of glass (which includes one window) in white PVC frames, and the exit out to the garden being the larges 'wall' and is 3.5 metres wide, and approx 2.1metres high.
This houses two tilt and slide doors at each end, and one large fixed glass panel in the middle.
Unfortunately both sliding doors need repairing, and i think its time to get them replaced. Tilt and slide doors seem to be rubbish so wont be getting them again.
We are looking at getting some some alternative solutions, dependant on price (standard sliding doors/bifolds, or just traditional french doors)
I have started the process of looking for local tradesmen to come and quote for the work. Ive looked on Checkatrade but also seen many reviews can be falsified, so not a reliable source of recommendation.
Can anyone recommend anyone in the Three Counties area, or best way (other than personal recommendations) to find decent reliable tradesmen/companies.
Im also considering getting out guttering and polycarbonate roof sorted at the same time (again depending on budget)
