Total Parking Solutions PCN Help !

Hi,
I've received a PCN as keeper of a vehicle from Total Parking Solutions for Driver was observed leaving site ! The ticket says observed time was 15:38 however a purchase was made from the retail store with the receipt timestamped 17:17 which is within the 2 hour limit.
I've read the Newbies thread in detail so will be appealing on day 26 using the template provided however in the appeal I was going to add in the following points after reading some other threads:
1. In order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of the driver's receipts that day as they were a genuine customer
2. Please provide evidence that the driver of the car left the site
How does this sound ? Is it worth putting in the 2nd point to flag to them that it may have been the passenger seen leaving the site ?
Thanks in advance for any advice

They won't need flagging who was the driver!
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor here and can use your posts against you
The appeals template is tried and tested - change it at your own risk0 -
edit post #1 and remove any hint of who was driving
the words "ME , MYSELF & I" are banned !!0 -
in the appeal I was going to add in the following points after reading some other threads:
1. In order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of [STRIKE]driver's[/STRIKE] receipts from the store that day, as the occupants of the car were genuine customers.
2. Please provide evidence that the driver and/or passengers of the car left the site, and how your operative identified those parties.
Maybe say the above, but TBH you can save the point about evidence, for POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Read this from 6 years ago, the last time a PPC took a 'leaving the site' case to court. No solicitor has seemed too keen on doing so since, either!
