PIP Form

Options
Friends, a neighbour has received a PIP Form (dated 5th April, arrived 21st April, return by 5th May). They already get PIP and this seems to be a review of circumstances. There has been no change to mental health or other health status. Should they just tick the boxes where it states NO CHANGE and return the form. Or is there a catch here?
There is a very short period to get advice and return form.

Any advice welcome.

Reviews are done 1 year before an award is due to end. If there's no change tick that box yea but i would add as much extra info as possible, rather than just tick and go. They can use extra paper if needed.

Evidence will be needed to support the claim. Expect another assessment as it's rare even with a review to have a paper based decision.

ETA. They can ring DWP to ask for extra time to return those forms. They will give them an extra 14 days.
