    If you get your gas supply from British Gas then enquire about their "Priority response" service, it costs you £1.50 a month then all work is carried out for a fixed fee (varies depending on where you live) doesnt cover servicing but will cover any age of boiler in the event of a breakdown. They also guarantee a 24 hour response time.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)
