Nectar Credit Card

Please can someone help. Some time ago I got a Nectar Credit Card from American Express. I bought a large item and decided to do a balance transfer. I am struggling for another credit card company to take the loan on, not because of my credit rating just they don't seem to be able to transfer the money from this card. I have applied for cards (Royal Bank of Scotland and Mint) both giving me more than enough funds to make the transfer, but they can't for some reason! Can you help? Do you know of a credit card company that will take the balance transfer on from a Nectar Credit Card?
