Beko American Style Fridge Freezer help please

I got up this morning to find water all over the floor from the fridge part of the appliance. Obviously on old fridge freezers this was just a case of a blockage but I can't seem to find anything on this fridge freezer which would drain away or to check for a blockage. Can anyone help please?
