So our house purchase is finally coming to a conclusion.
The house conveyancing process is almost complete and now we are at a point of exchange.
Is there anything I need to do just before I commit to exchange? I have only been to the property twice when viewing. Im excited and very nervous. What happens next? Do I need to view again?
Also how do we agree on completion dates? The dates the vendor is proposing are almost 7 weeks between exchange and completion as they want Works doing on the onward purchase. Im happy with a two week delay as I have a few commitments. How is best to overcome this?
At the point of completion, is there any information you asked the vendor regarding the house you purchased aswell ?
