Something wrong with computer

I think I may have done something to my computer. When I logged off here earlier a little box came on the screen like I get if I'm shutting down the internet saying something like 'do you want to close?'. Now when I look at the forums it's all light coloured and I've just tried reading my emails and it says I need to have Javascript enabled but it was alright a few minutes ago.Does anyone know what might have happened?

No but if you have system restore take it back to the last highlighted date then it should be OK.Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs
