under occupancy charges

i was looking at a ski holiday with crystal, we are 2 adults and one child aged 7, in a cabin for 2-6 persons.
when the total came in they charged the under occ based on 2 sharing and not 3. why is this when we are paying for our child too??

i know why they charge the under occ, i just dont understand why they have based the charge on 2 pers sharing.

also why do i have to pay a single child supp?

any help appreciated!

In some cases children are not counted towards occupancy.Try pricing your child up as an adult to see if its any cheaper.
