RBS Mortgage Admin - Horrendous!!!

We always seem to have problems with the admin on our RBS mortgage lately.
So much so that we are now paying off lump sums whenever we can.
They treat you like they are doing you a huge favour by just talking to you about it.
Made a complaint and just received a letter to say they are paying £3.06 compensation for the time spent on the phone to them(one call was over 40mins).
Really £3.06??? You will be getting a letter with a cheque getting it back!!
Just do your job properly in the first place!!!!
