Another issue with glow worm 30cx boiler

Following on from my previous threads . Engineer cane on Tuesday to fit an automatic air vent . Last night and this morning , I have an issue where the heating is always on . I turned it off. Nothing . I have turned both the water and the heating off . The rads are slowly cooling down . If I turned heating off then I have no hot water. Not sure if I should call gas engineer back .

Any ideas?
