hi i recently switched from co-op to tsb and they did all the switching for me.
however all my direct debits keep failing and nothing is being paid.
i complained after the first one as i had charges from co-op and tsb gave me £58 however now all my dds have failed inc my car insurance, road tax and life insurance.
i keep getting texts saying theyre set up then another one saying its failed. my mobile phone is now charging me £5 a month more if it dont pay by dd.
i spoke to the branch manager who said he hadnt seen them !!!! up so badly and to keep refusing compensation while its being investigated.
im concerned about my credit rating and charges etc.
has anyone got any experience of this

Can we ask one question going forward? .....Do you have the money available in the account to pay?
Sorry if this seems too obvious ...but?0 -

The CASS guarantee is that the TSB should sort this out for you and compensate you for any charges etc.
Myself I would get in touch with the companies direct and ask them to set up new direct debits on your account.
I would then start a complaint with TSB0 -
Check that the companies have setup their Direct Debit as a minority ignore the switching instruction sent by the new bank.
TSB should still (initially) refund fees but they can't insist the providers setup mandates correctly. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
