Big Switch 7 - Green Star now blocking switch away
I'm just wondering if anybody else took the 'MSE Big Switch 7' tariff from Green Star last year, and is now having trouble switching away.
They are blocking my girlfriend's mother's switch on the grounds of a £130 "debt" (no meter reads taken and no DDs missed). They are also threatening exit fees, even though she is in the last 50 days of her fixed term.
Is this not the sort of thing MSE look to ensure doesn't happen with these switches?
