Hi guys hope you can help, I am from Ireland and bought an refurbished Iphone from a company in England as an xmas present for my son but in the new year we had to send it back as it was faulty, after a lot of emails and a month later they said the phone couldn't be repaired so they sent out a new one when it arrived it was also faulty so I rang them and said I wanted a refund and im sending it back they told me their policy is on repair one replacement then a refund so I sent the phone back then after another 3 months I got the replacement phone and it was faulty I would even say it was the same one I sent back so again I sent it back registered post,
they now have my phone and refuse to refund me the 500 pound I spent,
Any advice on my rights would be great
thanks

hi, I payed by debit card and the company have my phone, all they keep saying is I can have a repair or replacement I told them no thanks I want a refund, after 3 faulty phones and a cost to me of 11 euro every time I send it back by registered post I wouldn't trust them plus I ended up buying my son a new iphone 7 at a cost of 770 euro.0

Network may be able to help.
They used to (presuming they still do) keep a record of the IMEI used for every call/text sent - probably stemming from the days you used to be able to put a pay monthly service number into a payg phone to get free texts and also when sim cloning was rife. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Who is the company?0

Quick mobile fix, and can I just say the reason they wont refund me is because my order is outside of its 14-day money back gaurantee.0

You are not claiming under their guarantee though, you are claiming under your rights afforded you by the CCRs, so would be worth mentioning that to them, also mentioning that misleading a consumer about their legal rights can amount to a criminal offence as well0

Would you send an iPhone through the post without recording the IMEI first? No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
