PPI - Natwest - Text Mesg

Hi all,
Wondered if anyone else had experience of text message.
Put my claim in Monday today I get two texts literally within 5 mins of each other.
First received and final session by 10th June.
Second literally 1 minute later, we have sent you a letter with our outcome you should receive this letter 10 days.
So quick , does it mean I've failed ???? Just wondered if anyone has experienced the same ?

Nope I didn't! I just assumed that they would just run what ever software and give me all my money back.
Oh dear0 -
If you want a complete refund of all your previous PPI you need to research exactly what policies you had and then make individual valid complaints stating how the insurance was mis-sold to you.I just assumed that they would just run what ever software and give me all my money back.
Understand that it is not somehow wrong simply to have insurance. You have to identify and show how it was mis-sold to you.
"Software"?0 -
Hmmm gotta feeling the quick message must be rejected now.
Your not telling my that banks haven't invested in software to pull data from databases to show what liabilities it may have , and also cut costs investigating?
Oh well I'll wait and see a post in 10 days , was hopeful not so now, I did the bank charges years ago properly, I'll have to request my data and start again.
Thx for your help0 -
If that was the case, there wouldn't be a whole PPI re-claiming industry populated by Claims Management Companies.Your not telling my that banks haven't invested in software to pull data from databases to show what liabilities it may have , and also cut costs investigating?
How would the Banks develop "software" to identify who was mis-sold???
You could, of course, call the Bank and demand they reveal the content of the coming letter..Oh well I'll wait and see a post in 10 days0
