In post #2 Redx told you:

draft your DEFENCE after completing the AOS online for both of them

do NOT put anything in the defence box on MCOL, just do each AOS only !!

Did you do the Acknowledgement of Service online - via MCOL?
If you haven't done the AoS, do it NOW.

I hope you didn't put anything in the Defence box while doing that.

In post #14 it was suggested you email your Defence to the easily found CCBCAQ email address.

No but on the money claim website there is an option to "start defence" after you've acknowledged it and it takes you back to the main menu! I'm guessing ignore this and email it in like suggested in post #14

So you've done the AoS.

Then nothing more needs to be done on the MCOL website.

Having done the AoS, you now have until 4pm on Monday 21st May 2018 to file your Defence.

Email it to the CCBC address mentioned.

I'm having a mare trying to find the section about filling in the N180, I can't seem to find it in the NEWBIES, can anyone help me?! Or direct me in the right direction

Okay UPDATE: I've found it, just need clarification, am I saying 'Yes' I want this to go to Small Claims Mediation Service (A1) or 'No'?

The answer to that question, and every other question on that form, is spelt out precisely there.
