Nursery fees - use as credit commitment for amount can borrow

Hi,
Trying to find out a rough idea how much we can lend. Do I put my nursery costs I pay each month into the box where is says credit commitments? I cant see anywhere else for it to go. If I say nothing when we get a decision in principle it will be less. I need to get a good idea from the banks calculator.
thanks

A friend of mine had to declare her doggy care monthly spend in her application.
Usually there's a box for other monthly commitments.0 -

Just be careful with this comment. It is not necessarily wrong, but there are caveats that come with that statement.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Even though they may not be mentioned specifically;-
credit card balances
HP payments
loan payments
maintenance payments
childcare
school fees
student loan payments
ground rent & service charges
3% of HTB equity loan
employer season ticket loan payments
will all be factored into affordability by most lenders.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
