I can't see how this helps anyone. I once spotted a house on Rightmove (that we eventually bought) while I was on holiday in France. If I can do this anyone can. The problems is getting to the viewing not finding the house.0 -
I'm interested in this, particularly for first-time buyers. The Government MHCLG just had a consultation on the house buying and selling process and are looking to make 'How to Buy and How to Sell guides.
I am interested as they have something like this in the States for low-income homebuyers who take up various schemes that help with deposits etc. I think there is a role for it in the UK to accompany various Uk govt help with buying schemes.
Is your site live now? I have some information about the content of US ones that you may want to look at? Similar but perhaps a bit more targeted at new buyers.0
