Not sure what you are asking?

You have been paid some money into your bank but dont know who is it from>

If the payments is from Collect Creditor then it could be a debt collection company,

Have you repaid a debt? This could be an overpayment,

I've had a couple similar to this in recent years - the payment reached my account before the associated paperwork came in the post and had me bamboozled.

Mine were repayments and interest from late payment fees - those where you were late paying a bill and were charged something like 12 quid. There was some ruling a bit back about these being repaid, with interest. I got about £70 - 80 back with the interest.

They weren't easily identifiable on the statement as they were paid by some handling company, as a giro credit (usually used for counter payments for bills, I thought I'd got some old dears gas bill pennies), not the organisation I had the relationship with. Maybe it's something like this.

I've just moved house so there is money flying all over the place as we are doing it all up so i cannot even begin to think what this might be!
