Travelling and using Quidco?

If, like me, you travel a lot and use Quidco then be aware that Quidco does not like you.
To "protect" your account you can not access Quidco from outside the UK- so you can not answer their questions, raise a claim or make any purchases.
OK, easy to circumvent using a VPN until you want to withdraw your money. Use a VPN, any cloud based access or even a private network then you can not withdraw your money.
I do wonder about the legality of refusing to give me my money?
