Toilet Choice Advice

Hi,
I’m looking for some advice on choosing the correct toilet to avoid moving/digging up the waste pipe.
Currently the centre of pipe comes up around 7 inches from the wall, which in a small bathroom is quite far out.
My plumber has advised there’s a certain toilet (he can’t remember the name) that will allow it to be installed 4+ inches closer to the wall due to something inside the toilet.
Does anyone know what toilet I should be looking for as I’d like to avoid chiselling the concrete floor out?

I had a similar issue when I refitted my bathroom last year. From memory my soil pipe was roughly similar distance from the wall to what you have. I went around everywhere measuring and inspecting toilets lol. At the time I was convinced I would have to box out the wall to make the loo fit. However, wickes came up trumps (I know people on this forum will slate sanitaryware from diy sheds...bit I like it and the flush is like niagra falls!). The toilet I got was called avalon (it's still available) and it fitted perfectly with a standard 90 degree pan connector.
You could also consider using a Swan neck pan connector which allows the toilet to fit a bit closer to the wall. A decent bathroom fitter should be able to give you realistic options. If not, prepare to get intimate with display toilets and a tape measure!0 -
Old toilet downstairs was like this. And had a fake wall with damp behind.
Removed fake wall and got a back to "wall" toilet and a unit to put a slimline cistern in. (OK I had a sink top as well but that's because this was just a toilet and needed one).
The new toilet moved back a few inches and the damp smell from behind the crappy fake wall is gone!
Something like here.

On a quick search. May have even bought there or the other similar one. Yes the first bowl was scratched on delivery (obvious forlift gash on box on pallet. But they sent another one next day. But you do have to check on delevery with those sorts of places unless you want a fight I think!0 -
Bizarrely, I had this conversation yesterday.
I'd purchased a back to wall with slimline cistern and was expecting us to have to move the waste pipe back as it is so far from the wall in a small bathroom.
Turns out (I'm told) that my favourite toilet pan of choice just happens to allow the waste to come up inside it and then kick back out towards the cistern. I didn't look, in honesty, was just happy to hear that we weren't moving things.
Pan is a Bauhaus Svelte back to wall.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
