worth every penny purely for the fact you'll never have Crashy as a neighbour, but can listen to the envy emanating from him whilst relaxing in the tub

Oh to have a million and bit in the bank and no need for a family home!:happyhear

The current interior design makes it look cluttered even though it's not. It's finishing touches don't work work me.

I would however love to live in a converted chapel with its quirkiness and ghosts! Other half is not impressed :rotfl:
  • I hate it. I think it would be impractical to live in. I hate the bath in the bedroom and the spiral staircases.
Wouldn't be prepared to pay anything for it.

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton

Not even a 1 bed property, it's more of a studio - just one massive room.

I must be odd, think its got a lot of charm if I had no children and no arthritis. Somehow can't see it appealing to the young free and single without a major refurb. And a maturer buyer might be put off by the spiral staircase like me.

But wow, the price! Yep would have Crashy frothing more than usual lol.

It could make an interesting property for a musical artist and their studio :)

I was more thinking the villain in an Austin Powers film...
