1 bed property for a million quid.

Bit of an understatement with "Outside is a walled garden mostly laid to lawn with parking", though.

Ideally located for Crashy, once he's finished working himself up to apoplexy and finally burst something important.

Aw, it's sweet. Look self-built (iykwim). Floorplan indicates the size of a three bed house.

I'm guessing they commissioned the ironwork near the beginning of the project before they ran out of cash and had to leave the boiler flailing in the middle of the bathroom.

Estate agent refers to it as a "reverb". Autocorrect or work experience person?

    Could be quite nice...

However, the current interior is horrendous.

TBF, that's the little downstairs bathroom in a side bit. But, yes, it wouldn't have been hard to box it in.

...or subtle comment on the acoustics?

I always sound better when I'm singing in church....

It could make an interesting property for a musical artist and their studio :)

I can't help feeling it would be rather drafty and a pig to heat, and I don't care for all the cutesy hearts

Photo 11, bath plonked in the bedroom on the first floor ... overlooking the "void", so visible to anybody/everybody from everywhere in the entire house.

Lovely building but interior looks like a cross between a vintage thrift shop and Professor Trelawney's office.
