Names is changing?
Additional holders now qualify
Offers are now pushed to you via mobile and online/emails
Offers are now also linked to your DD on top of historical spend
No longer get duplicated payments on offers on joint accounts
You can now turn off offers without losing your incentives yet to be paid
They may charge a fee for offers, but will give 30 days notice

I've not yet received an email from Santander - I will be disappointed if they charge a fee for offers as I only use them infrequently

The term regarding fees is phrased to allow them to charge a fee in future, not that they have intention to do so. If they did they say that they would provide notice allowing you time to cancel the service.0
