daft questiom can c;aim ppi for a dead parent been dead about 9 yr will etc been setteled had no debit to pay but i know he had mortage crdit card etc can i claim ppi like i have done for my slef

The executor of the estate has the legal authority to raise a complaint on behalf of the estate.
