Pull Out of Chain?

Thank you all for your advice. I will pull out of the original house today.
The new house has a complete chain of six.
Assuming this goes through I don't think I will move for a long time, I don't think I'm cut out for it all! Originally it was fun looking, then suddenly the will we/ won't we move became a bit stressful. I feel ridiculous saying that as it's literally nothing compared to real problems!0 -
If she has very specific requirements, she may never find them in that village or a timescale that will work for you. We had a very specific search area in one town and last year only 1 property that we would have looked at came up in it, and that sold in days. Whilst waiting for something to come up, we found another town that better suited our requirements and bought quite quickly (although it took 6 months to get to completion). Fortunately we had no chain below us but if we had they'd have given up in the nearly 3 years it took to find what we wanted and complete.
Your original vendor should really only be putting her property on the market when she has found something she wants to buy, it's not fair to prospective purchasers of her place to expect them to wait forever.Make £2025 in 2025
