Applications getting refered.

Options
Hi folks,

For an extra privacy reason I am using a street address provider as an address for banking. Does it breach any terms? Maybe it have to be an actual residential address or what does residential even means? :)

I have 0 CCJ 0 arrears 0 defaults 0 credit cards, 2 current bank accounts, self employed.

I have applied for asda basic card and application got reffered. John Lewis store card - rep told me I am literally 2 points behind :)

Now I am thinking a) register at this street address provided by an address provider b) talk to mate and register at his place on the electoral roll.

Which one is wiser?

What, exactly, is an 'address provider'?
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.
  • What 2 points?

Not the mythical credit score i hope...
  • You need to provide your correct and current address.

Registering on the ER where you dont reside is, i believe, illegal
  • Yes some score. The guy said once I am on the register I will qualify.

It couldn't be the credit score, maybe an internal score Asda use only thing I can think of.
  • Ignore anything to do with scores.

You can’t just put yourself on the ER at any old address.

Why can’t you use your address?

The legal one which cannot be construed as trying to commit fraud, the one you live at.
