I have just rung them up re. this comp and they do not know the difference between the elbow and the backside !! I asked if it was the same comp and she put me through to someone who did not have a clue. So best not to put in for it I think as it looks like the other one extended. That is my opinion anyway.

They emailed me back and suggested I lower my privacy settings to medium (which they were already at!) so i lowered them further but still can't enter. Have emailed them again so we'll see what happens.

I too got the error message when I tried to submit.

I went back to the form, turned off my Norton and resubmitted. It worked.

i have done a search for this but can only fine one that is in game over for last year - so apologise if already listed.
