change cli on phone

I would like to know if there are any voip/virtual pabx providers that will let you change the cli that people see when you call them. As I'm a small business and want to use voip at my business premises, but also may be ringing customers from home as well and I would like it to show my business number when I ring from home/mobile. Or is there a way to spoof the cli to show it???

On normal BT line, the CLI is generated at the exchange. Unsure about VOIP.

VoIP.co.uk allow you to specify outbound CLI for a fee of £5 per number and have very good call rates. You also get a free geographic number I believe with voicemail. You can choose which number goes out, the geographic number they give you or the number of your choosing using their web panel.

One caveat, you do have to prove to them that you own/rent the number that you wish to use.

The Finarea voip systems also allow you to specify your outgoing number after they have been verified. Verification is done by calling the number at which point you're given a pin code which you then have to enter in their software to complete validation. The cost of the call is deducted from your calling credit. When you have validated simply select it as your outgoing CLI. Again you can have more than one CLI validated and choose which number is shown simply be opening the application and selecting the validated number you wish to use.
