POPLA Appeal ECP issue
kanaka
Hello,
After reading and following the advice on this threads. I submitted a POPLA appeal against ECP. I was just informed by email that ECP uploaded their own evidence but...i can't see it. It looks like they uploaded my own original appeal document by mistake. I quadruple checked.
I don't know if this a POPLA error or ECP error
Not sure what to do now. I emailed POPLA and asked for rectification but now i'm thinking i should've just commented that they don't have evidence and have simply reuploaded my document

Phone POPLA and explain the situation. They should then sort it out. As you only have, effectively, 6 days to respond, ask that the deadline for response is extended. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
