Haha, so they have to cough up well over £200!

A great example of you being able to claim costs for unreasonableness!

Well done! Which court and Judge?

    :T :T

Hi Coupon-mad, apologies for the late reply. It was at Mayors and City of London. Judge was Judge Linwood.

They have till the 25th May to pay up.

I've assumed they will get notified by the court so haven't sent anything to them for payment yet.

Brilliant, and if they don't pay, write & inform the Judge, or send in a bailiff to the PPC's main offices.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you to everyone that contributed.

Case was struck out as the claimant hadn't paid the hearing fees

    Well done

    Gladstones ..... Gladstones themselves:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Why on earth do PCM keep using these losers ??

Hi guys, to conclude this thread, Gladstones payed up. :T

The court order was to pay by 4pm on the 25th May. The cheque arrived around the 29th (after bank holiday weekend) however, it was dated the 22nd I think and postmark on the letter was dated 25th May (technically I think they were outside the court order date).

Anyway I was just happy to have got the cheque.

Thanks for all the help guys.

hiya, realise this is old but wondered if you heard before the trial that they hadn't paid the fee or if you still had to show up to be told that...?

Im my case against Excel I phoned the court the day after it was due and they told me they had paid the £25 so the hearing would go ahead.

    Apologies for the late reply.

So I had been checking with the call center each week leading up to the hearing date. Each time the agent would tell me that it didn't show as paid on the system but I would need to check with the court. I did email the court but didn't get a reply so asked again when I turned up to court. The clerk checked and confirmed it had not been paid.
